This is the second book in the Bragan University series. It is another great read by this author. I love her work. This is Jesse and Zoe's story. I couldn’t put this book down, I was hooked from the start.Jesse and Zoe had instant chemistry, they met in the hospital where Jesse was interning and Zoe was a patient. What Zoe didn't know, was that Jesse had been through this hospital nightmare before. They forge a friendship. Will it go further? There is definite chemistry between Zoe and Jesse, and you can't help but root for them throughout this entire story. But do they end up together?I'm hoping there is a book about Chase in the future. I can't wait to read more about these characters.
Gianna has done it again!!! Fighting for you is an emotional, heartwarming book that make you fall in love with the story and the characters. Just like the first book in the Bragan University Series, I couldn't put this story down until I found out just how it was going to end.I absolutely loved Jesse and his pushing through the emotions of working in the same hospital in the same unit where he suffered tremendous loss is intense and admirable. Jesse wants so badly to help people and he has that thing about him that makes everyone love him. He commands attention and he will do great things. When he meets Zoe, he was drawn to her banter and wit!! They instantly connect and the friendship that develops makes your heart full. I loved the journey that both Jesse and Zoe took us through and all the emotions that I felt while reading about them is beautiful and wonderful.This book will make you believe in the goodness of others and see the strength in people. Its a beautiful story and I recommend everyone read it.
What an amazing story. This is the second book in the Bragan University series. I loved it just as much as the first book. Jesse and Zoe each facing such difficult life experiences. The friendship they built and while one is holding on to a past, the other is wanting a future. Will they both help each other heal. I loved it. It also made me feel lots of emotions reading this. I'm so excited to read her next book. It's so realistic, the way she told their story is just wow. I just love the characters and I now have a soft spot for these two characters, Jesse and Zoe.
Jesse and Zoe's story was wonderful! We met Jesse in the first book and now we see his story. He is an intern at the hospital that Zoe gets admitted to. They get to know each other during her stay but will their friendship last after they both leave the hospital. This was an emotional story with a great ending. Can't wait for more!
Wow, Gianna really touched my heart with this book.. I really enjoyed Jesse and Zoe story.. Such heart felt story even though the tears. I really think you enjoy this story as much as the first book. I not going anything away since not out yet.. I really wish I could give more then 5 stars because that how great it was.. 🖤🖤🖤

Jesse is a junior in college, pre-med and football player, beginning his internship on the oncology floor of the local Children's Hospital. Zoe was in college, but has been fighting leukemia for a year, a type of childhood cancer that occasionally strikes older teens and young adults. Jesse and Zoe strike up a friendship, and continue to see each other as friends once she's released and after she goes back to school at the same university Jesse attends. This was such a sweet book. Jesse and Zoe have a beautiful friendship, and I liked seeing her start to *live* once she was in remission. She finally gave herself permission to experience life. And Jesse is so passionate about becoming a doctor and researching childhood cancer, hoping to prevent anyone else from losing a loved one to the devastating disease.What I liked: Jesse and Zoe together. Zoe's sassiness. Emma, the roommate. The poignancy of Maria's story (but what happened to her??). The camaraderie between Jesse's group of friends. What I didn't like: What happened with Maria?? I'm so curious! Did the transplant work?Overall: This is a sweet, clean book with a lot of emotion. Definitely worth reading.
